Dr Dujan was an excellent trainer. He’s very informative and helped a lot with the injection technique, but also allowing us to work independently giving us the most out of the day.
I am a doctor who joined their Level 7 diploma. On the positive side - their training material is good and theoretical basis is well covered. They have some good tutors that conduct the training sessions. Their course coordinators and support is not very responsive if you run into problems. I had to wait for almost a year to get a proper response about my final diploma, even after completing the entire coursework and paying the fees in full. Overall, in my view the course seems to be relatively overpriced for the basics you get taught. You have to pay even more to attend their masterclasses to get real skills. If I knew better, I would choose other leading trainers in the country where you can learn way more for the money you pay.
Would not recommend this course to anyone. Did the advanced aesthetic training, tried numerous times to get in contact with the course and could not get a response. Wrote a formal complaint and asked to be contacted by a course director and again did not receive a response from anyone running the course. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at mata.
I highly recommend Medical and Aesthetics Training Academy. Roxanne the operational manger was very helpful and understanding in booking the right qualified trainer for my appointment. I was greeted very warmly by Francesca the Trainer who would be doing my face filler injections. Being 58 years old, I needed advice on looking fresh and youthful. After a full consultation and having fillers. Francesca handed me a mirror. Oh my I was completely blown away… Francesca with her professional skills managed to turn back time by 10 years. I will be returning to Medical and Aesthetics Training Academy 100%
I attended the MATA training this weekend in Leeds. Our Clinical trainer Was Dr Dujan Bhatti. He’s the best trainer I have had , his knowledge and ability to explain things was exceptional. After completing the online training, I was very anxious about doing thing wrong from a practical aspect. Dr Dujan made us all feel very comfortable during the practical training. His demonstration was very well described and provided a good level of understanding. His technique was excellent and that instilled a lot of confidence as it made us feel we were learning from a very skilled practitioner. I look forward my next training and hope that Dr Dujan is there to guide us once more.
Just finished my foundation aesthetic course with MATA under the tuition of Dujan and I can highly recommend him. He is a fabulous person that puts you at ease which makes it so joyous to learn. You are not afraid to ask silly questions or make a mistake and because of that no-one did! Thoroughly excellent teacher, I really hope I get him next time.
Had a fantastic training course with MATA in Glasgow. Sarah was my trainer a wealth of knowledge, patent and very professional. I feel so much more confident entering the world of aesthetics after yesterday. Would highly recommend.
The first place I ever experienced botched Tear Trough Filler. Several months after my treatment I had to go back into the clinic for a "review" because I started getting lumps under my eyes after the treatment. Turns out the trainer that day inserted the needle way too far into the corners and damaged the lymphatics under my eyes. Hence why my swelling has been getting worse every month. The doctor during my "review" just said he can't do anything and that "I just got unlucky" with the trainer that day. I asked for a refund for the treatment and was refused. There is zero accountability in this place. Please avoid it, they will not help you after they mess up. I'm never going back. I'm in my mid-20s and I've never had problems like the below.
Had a fabulous experience yesterday being a model for Botox. Roxanne coordinated my appointment. She did an amazing job. Mike the course coordinator was lovely to and very attentive. I was super impressed with the views in the training centre in Chiswick. Would highly recommend.
0 stars. I am a UK doctor, graduated in 1999, I have never experienced such shoddy, careless, potentially dangerous training. This is a terrible training team. They charged £2500 to complete foundation training over one weekend for botox and dermal filler. I paid the £2500, attended 2 full days Saturday and Sunday, paid for childcare on top. Arrived Saturday. One student present had not practiced as a nurse for years and had qualified abroad. She did not hold a UK registration and complained and interrupted throughout the training that she did not understand the trainer. She repeatedly interrupted and complained that it was the worse course she had ever attended. We were given very few patients to practice upon. On the second day filler day, only one patient turned up. The trainer explained that no one attending the course would receive a certificate because of insufficient models. I was then offered further days 2 months later to complete the training despite having already paid £2500 , childcare and given up a whole weekend. Subsequently, I received in writing in July that I would receive a full refund. It is now late October and I have countless unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls. I am still waiting for confirmed refund of £2500. Awful awful company. Utter waste of time and lacking any accountability or professionalism. Do not use this company.
