If you're looking for a reliable dry cleaners then Master Valet may let you down. I needed to pick up my clothing on a Saturday for a wedding and phoned on the Friday to ask if they would be open. I was told on the phone that they would be open but when I arrived on the Saturday morning they were closed. The signage on the building said that they should be open on Saturday. I left a message asking for someone to call me back and no one ever called. When I picked up my dry cleaning and told the women serving about what happened, she was rude about it, didn't offer any kind of apology and proceeded to blame someone else working there.
