Awful! I booked these guys to have my 3 seater couch + 2 chairs cleaned thanks to a good deal on the Treat Me website. Never again!! 1 and half hours late for the booking, my carpet was left absolutely soaked!! Numerous phone calls back to the company to have someone fix the problem. Following day I was to have someone come and vacuum clean the carpet and hour later still no one arrived and I'm left to soak up the water and try dry out the carpet myself. 😠
