So glad to finally have a massive Joe's Melbourne store and the staff were excellent on our last visit. Sometimes it's annoying being the also into fitness but gets ignored because they assume we are shopping for the guy kind of girlfriend. But I was actually spoken to by the staff and not treated like I was asking silly questions or like I was my boyfriend's accessory.

Great service here. Josip was very knowledgeable about the products and advised things specific to my requirements. I felt at ease that he just wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive options. I'll be back and highly recommend Massive Joes.
