We were traveling through the area when our Nissan experienced issues. We came to see a Nissan specialist at this service centre and were rudely turned away by an extremely unhelpful attendant wouldn’t spare a few minutes to help. Go anywhere but here- they don’t even want to fix their own cars

Water problem, heater hose busted, nil in stock. Went out of their way to get vehicle mobile until parts arrive. In off the street, no booking. Great staff & service
Helpfully and sympathetic, unexpected break down while traveling alone, no booking, I just rang and they were happy to fit me in and get me back on the road.
Very happy with our Cerato and capped price services. Took the car to Cairns in October 2018 and travelled 3733kms and it only cost $400.00 in petrol. We were paying up to $1.65 a litre. At one stage we were getting 5.2 litres per 100 km. The car is brilliant and would thoroughly recommend the Cerato to everyone
