Customer Service is ridiculers!! I asked for a bigger bag and some paper to protect the set of tea cup  that has open front box,  looks easy to fall out. an old lady service me said - do you want it or not? rolling her eyes up......after I explain to her its a gift, she still wouldn't do it.... had to walk away with ppl like this, not worth it... if u really hate ur job being customer service, just QUIT! ,, business like this??... seriously?!  worst customer service ever!!!!

The cafe inside is good, with free wifi and nice and cool - serving Merlo coffee. This store is also a Post Office and a bookstore, and feels like a good centre of the community.

Quaint little shop, feels like yester-year in its layout, little books and tables about to enjoy a coffee in solitude or with friends.
