We never thought train travel in sydney, would ever be world standard, however the metro has changed all that. an amazing service , fast and comfortable, don't have to worry when the next train will be, its every 4 mins, perfect

Very futuristic, shiny new metro station. A huge upgrade from the old Martn Place train station which is linked to this new metro station. Lots of retail spaces but stores are yet to open.

I will tell you about the Martin Place metro platforms. They are modern, beautiful, and add more elegance to the NSW transport services.nnThe long escalators are there as in any other metro station.

All the facilities are brand new and upscale! There aren't any stores yet, but we're looking forward to having more conveniences soon

Martin Place just scored two new metro platforms as part of eight new metro stations in Sydney. It is now a key interchange station for people travelling between the Eastern Suburbs and the North Shore. The dominant material type is sandstone which reflects the historic sandstone buildings that line Martin Place itself. The metro platforms are future- proofed to provide a future pedestrian connection to the Hunter Street Station when it opens in 2032.
