A busy place!nnIf you just want to see the Sydney Opera House from the water,nnI suggest to take the roundtrip 30mins 16 aud going to the Taronga Zoo. Just tap your CC to the designated Wharf and you’re good to go. I didn’t even went down at the other point. I just really want to see the Opera House from the water and take pictures.
Getting off at this station boasts some of the most impressive views of the harbor. It’s extremely close to many points of interest such as the Harbour Bridge, Opera House and MCA. Great services though can get crowded in holiday times
Circular Quay, if you’ve ever been there then you know how wonderfully atmosphere is of all the hustle and bustle. I love the feel and atmosphere I smell of the salt air. The noise is the entertainment the seagulls, it seems as if everyone is zipping around with their busy lives as you wonder around circular Quay, perhaps towards the Opera house or maybe the rocks. wherever your day takes you , you will always encounter buskers and entertainment that has been a proud addition carried on for the past five decades I’ve been around and perhaps a century more… if you’re wondering what to do you could always visit the Museums , even standing around with the grandkids just simply watching the ferries come and go is an absolute delight. I’m lucky enough to be one of these people that get to visit circular key regularly over the last 50 years, i’ve seen this place change immensely I remember when there was no buildings around no skyscrapers and the walkway around to the Opera house was completely bare with Rollinghills and walkways. It’s amazing to watch circular Quay change over the past 50 years and I still a delighted to see the cruise ships visit and Blair the ocean horns
It's the most scenic station in Sydney. It overlooks the Sydney bridge, the Sydney Opera houses, and the beautiful cruise ships.nVery central connects to all the ferry warfs.nAn impressive combination of beauty and connectivity.
