Missing items in online order and no customer service available to sort out. Given Sydney is now in lock-down and all physical stores closed. I purchased four items online via the MARCS official online store 2 weeks ago. After waiting for over 10 days for my order, when the parcel finally arrived, 2 out of the 4 items I ordered were missing interestingly two of the most expensive items in my order. I have been trying to contact customer service ever since via live chat on their website, emailing and phone customer service number listed on their website do directly to a recorded message and no one answers the phone with no response at all from MARCS. I won't recommend buying anything from this brand at all at this stage. I used to be a loyal customer and now feel disgusted by the brand.
Classy without being pretentious store. Beautifully presented and laid out store with very classy and first class customer service. Approachable staff with just the right attitude to make sure you experience the best possible services. At first glance it can be a bit intimidating but very affordable though with great quality. Mind you, the style is nothing outstanding but it's about loyalty, great staff attitudes and affordability. Wheelchair friendly and a beautiful atmosphere.
One of the worse retaile exprince I had received ..Purchsed clothing as gift for Chritsmas under the staff prommise of full refund or exchange if the recivcer of the gift doesn't like it or does not fit. I Went today to do part refund and the answer wss no refund of one item only exchange .. Told the manager that i have been told by staff member which was there at the time ...I Have 30 days for full refund or exchange as i have been advised at point of sale She said no....I have video recorded everything today and going ahead with the department of fair trading complaint . Defently not going to deal with Marcs again..its a shame as i have been a very loyal customer for over 12yrs. Bad service ...
Marcs create stylish, modern clothing for most sizes and all occasions. Their range is very classical, simple pieces - nothing too tizzy. I had a lovely potter around this section in Myers on Friday. Marcs has lots of lovely colour in stock at the moment. Pricing is quite reasonable.
Staff at Marcs Sydney central plaza failed to apply 25% discount. Overcharged by $94. Disappointed today.
Excellent service today, really happy with my purchase and shopping experience!
