We didn't get anything from Gucci, so this comment will address only the walk in retail experience, and the service we got as a walk in, like the many other people in front and behind us. This store here at Westfield is probably one of the largest around. I was honestly quite surprised that they've compartmentalized sections after sections of Gucci products, and you'd not have expected that without walking in. Each section has its own vibes as well; outstanding. They attach retail assistants to you upon you walking in, which is also why there's typically a queue forming outside of the store. That way, they supposedly maintain the quality of the retail experience, and you have someone helping you if you needed anything throughout the entire shopping duration. Of course, it can seemingly be pressurizing as well, especially if you're just window shopping like we were. Having someone follow you around is definitely not fun; yet you also don't want people to just be walking around your store without buying anything. Fine balance that Gucci will need to draw, and something that some other brands here at Westfield have mastered better than our experience at Gucci.
Horrible experience The quality of the goods and the service are terrible. I bought a fitness ring. Less than half a year, the golden string detached from the ring. I took the ring and the golden line to the Gucci flagship to repair; they asked me to bring the charger. It also happens to my friend. When picked up, I waited for almost 1 hour to collect it. Such a waste of time!
Extremely slow service. I was left alone for at least 15 - 20 minutes while the sales assistant went to get my purchase and then took another 10 minutes to get a card machine. Then the machine wasn't working properly so yet another delay. This is not satisfactory for a high-end store. I believe the staff need retraining or the store put on more staff that are correctly trained. I had my daughter and granddaughters waiting for me for all that time when I knew exactly what I wanted and I informed the sales assistant of what I wanted. When I finally got into the store after waiting in a queue for 20 minutes, I made it very clear that I wasn't interested in any other merchandise. So it seemed to me that the length of time it took to retrieve my purchase was deliberate to get me looking at other goods.
Very poor customer service I went to exchange a card holder to another design, which was cheaper than what I bought originally. The staff seemed reluctant to gift wrap it and seemed to avoid refunding the difference. When reminded about the remaining money, they acted as if they were unfamiliar with the refund policy and sought another staff members advice, which is that I was entitled to have the remainder refunded. Perhaps this was wanted as a really big tip for nothing. One expects a better level of customer service than this from some staff at Gucci.
Although there was a bit of a wait, it was definitely worth it. Every customer gets their own client advisor which allows for quick and efficient service. Came in today to get my wallet embossed & the SA was quick to cater towards my needs. Only had to wait approx. 15 mins and it was all done!
Really bad experience! The sales Ivy was really inpatient when I requested a smaller size. She even did not bother to get the both of the shoes and let me try them. However, that’s not the most stupid thing I could figure. I went to Sydney for shopping and came back to Adelaide in hurry so that I packed all things and did not open the shoes box. When I came back home and opened the box, two LEFT shoes!!! How could that happened?! I’m waiting for your apology and explanation!
I booked an appointment online. When I arrived at the store, waiting for 25 min and the Client Advisor CA never showed up. The guy at the front door said the CA didn't pick up his call. I finally asked for another advisor. An hour after I left the CA called me to apologise, she said "it was not communicated properly to her". I am not sure what's that mean. My experience is very poor customer service and team communication. Even one star is too much
Top service, u get what u pay for. Excellent repair service with complementary free delivery service, almost same day delivery in metro area, with repairs done almost look like new. Can’t ask for more.
Some staff are unbothered to assist and lack a bare minimum customer service, i.e playing with mobile phone while I was asking a question about a product. Visited this store a month later, dealt with another staff member who was polite and so pleasing to deal with.
My sis in law is a regular customer, so she knows one of the staff there. She's friendly and attentive. The store is massive and well set up.
