30min oil massage wasn't bad. Seems popular during that time with quite a few people presenting/returning for a massage.  Only downside is the private rooms face out towards the shopping entrance, so felt there was a lack of privacy when the curtains were pushed back for staff to enter/leave when you're on the bed table.

I went for a massage about 10 minutes ago. I do believe the woman cared about improving how I felt but I don’t think she gave much thought on what I was saying. I asked for a shoulder neck and back massage for 60 minutes, the first half was very good it felt like she was targeting the areas, I think the elbow technique was very over used and I do know you need to use this technique slowly but it felt as if she was just trying to make it last longer for time to run out. The half after, she moved onto my legs, and feet I didn’t ask for this from the beginning, but I did appreciate it, but not until it lasted for a further 10 minutes, my neck was not yet feeling better and I still felt a lot of tension there.. she then flipped me over and as she did my neck she was yanking my hair and pinching my skin, it was extremely uncomfortable. Then for the last 15 minutes she was basically giving me a rough version of a hairdressers head massage, my head now hurts from the roughness and I don’t believe she asked wether or not I wanted that.. I paid 70 dollars for this.. and yes I feel slightly more relaxed but I did this for my neck..I’m walking away in pain still I don’t expect it to be a magic cure but more had to be done in that area and even reminding her of that was not enough.. I really hope whoever comes here is okay with being rude and pushy to get what they want cause I tried to be friendly and trust the staff to understand what I want, I should’ve been firmer..

It's perfect value for cheap in price and high in quality massage services. It certainly helps with any shoulder and back issues or stiffness in your neck or  body. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this place.

I look forward  to my weekly massage at VIVO massage. The staff and owners are so professional and accommodating. I always feel blissed out after my massage… thank you and keep up the amazing work

Walked in with hip pain. Booked a full body massage and required extra attention on the hips. Massage was so good I gave a tip.

Very clean and professional. JOY  was my Therapist and she's INCREDIBLE. She knows what she's doing very friendly and understands the problem and mainly speaks english so easy to communicate. If Anyone's sick of dumb massage shops around melbourne where they waste our time & money i highly recommend this place & "JOY"

Wendy is the massage therapist who performed the massage for me. She is very well trained. She knows how to release my tension on my muscles, and she always asked how I feel during the massage treatment. Highly recommend.

Hit and miss. When it is good, it is really good. When you get the random one, which unfortunately I had last week, it was terrible, despite mentioning it throughout there was no improvement.

Highly recommend!!! I had one hour deep tissue massage with therapist named Wendy,I was suffered from neck pain, she did a great job! I will definitely go back to her again!!!

Absolute best massage For the price really fixed me up Always will be going back
