We had a 2 night stay…a smallish room but it was clean and the bed comfortable. 1 chair available but it had a very low back making it uncomfortable attaching photo of chair under the desk.nnReception staff was welcoming. Free parking available. There’s a restaurant but we didn’t try it.
Amazing. Reception staff were super helpful & sweet and I liked our room. It was definitely value for money. Took us few minutes to figure out the dedicated parking but we did find a spot!nnLoving the vibe of Launceston along with the colonial architecture!
We stayed at this beautiful hotel for several nights. It is centrally located with a lovely view of spectacular Launceston. Every aspect of our stay was great and the staff were amazing.nWe had a very comfortable King Bed and an accessible bathroom which was very much appreciated by this wheelchair user.nStaff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and the breakfast was superb. Highly recommend!
The staff here are super friendly and helpful. Empress at reception was a standout, very considerate and thoughtful esp. towards my mum. Thanks so much nThe hotel is an older property, it is within close proximity to almost everything you need. The executive suite was comfortable, with a large bathroom, fridge, microwave and basic cooking utensils and facilities. Hotel is right outside Launceston hospital.
Room was great apart from window blind, which let in a lot of light. Having complimentary biscuits with tea & coffee in room would have been nice. Parking was challenging as there are limited spots available.
