The rooms are quite nice, a good shower and comfortable bed. Although it's in the middle of the city, it's very quiet. Very helpful staff too. Off-street taking will cost $15 per night unless you are a member.
Nice, clean hotel. Well looked after if you have Accor status. Free drink vouchers for the bar in the lobby.nRooms were clean, opted for street parking instead of the paid parking on site. Wasn't a hassle
Great rooms no noise from outside or internally. Would have liked my bed made.stayed 3 nights and just top sheet thrown over. Breakfast was good overall all ok.
Well not sure where to start. Majority of the reception staff were amazing. Bernie well he's jack of all trades and very knowledgeable. He also goes above and beyond to make sure all guest are happy. The rooms I stayed in were smaller than I was used to compared to Mantra Melbourne. Room service staff I met during the first few weeks of my staff were amazing and friendly and maybe even a little good crazy but they made the stay more bearable. The let down was the restaurant. Breakfast wasn't great on weekends. Cold and lacking taste. The other let down was rooms not really soundproof. I was woken numerous times by Wally's running yelling up the hallway or a heard of elephants above menWould love to see vending machines on all floors in this establishmentnThanks again for my stay. Will be back in snow season
I really enjoyed my stay, it was my first time in Albury and this was a great choice. A lovely modern and spacious room, convenient parking and location, and a lovely breakfast buffet included. I would highly recommend staying here!
