The room was exceptional, clean, bed was great and very comfortable. The staff can't be faulted in anyways, we went into dining roomwhich they were going to close, as no patrons and they kept it open just for the 2 of us. Food was exceptional. Truly a great place to stay, will definitely stay again if back this way
LOVE this place!nnI've been staying here occasionally for years.nnI often travel interstate for leisure or for work and will even go out of my way just to spend a night here.nnI have never had a problem or complaint.nnThe staff are always wonderful.nnThe rooms are exceptional!nnLast time I stayed here, I literally slept like a baby.nI disappeared into the amazingly comfortable king bed.nnThe little restaurant is beautiful and the food had always been amazing!nnI cannot recommend this place highly enough.
Unless you get an apartment the rooms are really small, and if you’re not in the main building, the rooms don’t actually have windows you can open or look out of. No housekeeping on Sundays, so beware when staying a long weekend. Sometimes they close the restaurant but won’t let you know until you arrive and after you’ve paid- so proceed with caution here!! Would not recommend for a family! It’s a fair walk with little kids to get to dinner/breakfast etc if you don’t want to sit in your tiny little cell room.
Everything is good, clean room and modern amenities. The reason for the 4 starts is the wrong directions we were sent to find and access our room. At 12:30am after a 7 hour drive, we spend an additional 20 minutes finding our room, it was not in the second building as the check-in message advised, and was a little frustrating after a long drive…
Wow! This place is nothing short of 5 star in amenities and customer service!! With a fabulous pool that keeps you cool all day and a hot spa and sauna to make for a perfect night of relaxation. I have stayed in many places in Albury but this is now my official favourite. Happy hour hosted incredible cocktails before a spectacular steak I’m very fussy with my steak cooked exactly how I love it - BLUE - yummy we still have 2 more days and I can not wait to get back to my massive room to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down.
