Story

Founded in 1958 and located on the original site in the heart of Dee Why, the commercial centre of the Northern Beaches, The Builders is easily accessible by public transport from Manly, Warringah, Pittwater and North Shore areas and provides ample parking.

Members of the Club can celebrate any occasion or host any function from our 3 sophisticated function rooms, catering up to 150 people.

With excellent service, delicious food that can cater for all occasions from finger food to full al la carte menus and full bar facilities.

A Great place to have a great meal and drinks with family and friends.

Good food, friendly staff with easy access

Great club. Membership is not too expensive, and allows you insite parking and discounts. The food is very nice and affordable. Lots of members raffles. Poker on Fridays.

I go to The Builder's Club about once a month on a Saturday for Lunch with a few friends. Their Members Saturday Special, the Hot and Cold Seafood Plate is $27.50 now. November 2022.

My favourite club! Great service. Simon the chef, Chase who waits table and Rita at the bar and finally the management team of Matt and Samantha all deserve a mention to make this club my favourite and I belong to another 5 on the Northern Beaches.

visiting from UK love the food and quiz 

We went to the club on Fathers Day, the layout was done very well to adhere to the social distancing. The only disappointment was the meal. We had ordered a 'Roast Turkey', it was anything but. The potato was not roasted well, the turkey was from a breast roll not carved off the bone. There was no pumpkin! Only boiled carrots & zucchini. We should have taken it back as it was not good at all. When I order a Roast I expect a Roast with all the trimmings! The RSL's do it much  better.

Always friendly always good food !! Right in the heart of Dee Why, with bus services right to the door.

Great service from Chad and great food from Simon. Rita and Phillip in the bar always welcoming when I first arrive. Eat here often, almost a second home in that regard. A lovely club to which to belong!

I can't eat there with my friends on a Saturday now because of their COVID19 restrictions decision to only open their Bistro for lunch on a Sunday. My friends prefer lunch time, don't want to go out on a Saturday night. So we've had to schedule in the Time and Tide Hotel for Saturday lunch once a month instead. Maybe once they get back to opening their Bistro for a Saturday lunch again we'll go.
