Chill Bar

Wondering if I could get reasonable coffee on the strip I wandered into this neat little gelato and coffee bar. Had a chat to Vince, he made me an awesome coffee and we had a chat, love the place, came back with Elle after dinner and had a lovely gelato. Excellent. Great staff, clean, great coffee and awesome gelato.

Great mix of ice-cream shop and cafe. Open late for that after dinner dash for dessert. Coffee is good as well. Icecream and gelato flavours range from your standards like strawberry and mint choc chip to peach and raspberry or cheese cake. Their chocolate sorbet is awesome. Can be busy on a hot day but line moves quickly and staff are patient.

Warm and friendly family run business with exceptional staff who make you feel welcomed. AND they do great coffee! Prime real estate to sit and watch the rolling waves or connect with the locals and get a taste of the fun Chill vibe community of Dee why beach.

I just got served by the rudest girl. I had simply asked if there were any bigger cups because the icecream melts so fast it drips all out of the tiny cups they serve it in, before you have time to eat it. So messy. And apart from not even answering me she was then so fkg rude. My family won't be back anytime soon.

Not really worth it for me. I took coconut and it was basically a scoop of Vanilla with a sprinkle of Coconut. Same with Peach and Raspberry. We asked to taste and they said no tasting. I guess now I know why.

Ice cream is so so, but the service is appalling. Any little request like for an extra napkin, or splitting a flavour in a kids portion is either declined or responded like I am asking for something extraordinary. They get a lot of business anyway, so why would they care? Good alternatives are the Pepitas on Curly or Mr. Gelato in Freshwater.

I went there today to get a cup of ice cream and three pasteries, when i went home and opened up the bag of banana bread, someone bite the top piece off, i am abolutely debastated and annoyed how dare they, this is also food and safety some people can get sick, i wonder if they washed their hands whenever they attend their clients!!!!

Staff is full of bad attitude. The young lady served us with sour look on her face. No greeting or even a thank you, only "10 dollars" that she said. Sometimes, you can get away with mask wearing but I'm sure people can see through it though. Bought 2 ice cream cones,a bit pricey Give 1 star for how great the flavours and varieties of Gelato itself. During this difficult time, if you give us a better customer service, a lot of people will go back and not just because the shop is in the good location but because they are better.

I love Chill Bar, one of the few places where you can have a good coffee or ice cream on a late evening.
