I thought my car was a write-off after being rear-ended but these guys fixed it like new. Yesterday they replaced a part that went missing from my front bumper and did not charge me, even when I offered to pay.

Although reception could stand to be a little friendlier, I do like these guys, and if my car needs repairs in the future I won't hesitate to go back.

Best experience, Pete is a great guy and goes above and beyond for your repair needs. Have had my car fixed a few times here and would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Definitely do not take your car here.

The staff were so ruin and talked to me with such inconvenience that the problem wasn’t needed to be fixed 

They finally did the repair of my back bumper. The most simplest job. Didn’t get all the parts in before they did the repair and had to go down there again after. They ruined my reversing sensors and didn’t know how to fix it so they had to take my Mazda to Mandurah Mazda to get them to sort it out and figure out the problem. 

They leave paint access and don’t let it dry properly because paint has already gone wrong after 5 months

Had our cruiser tailgate repaired under insurance. When cleaning the car Mandurah Panel and Paint used a high pressure water cleaner and have taken a large chunk of paint off the bonnet. They have taken no responsibility for this, stating the paint on the bonnet was of poor standard. This is unbelievably disgusting customer service from a company we put our trust in to. We will be taking this further.
