I think it took us a couple of weeks or so to get a booking and then another two weeks to get a booking for the repair. So that’s the only downside we have experience is the amount of time you have to wait. However, once the car was in for the repair the process was smooth and we got the car on the date they have promised. The painting job was great and so happy with the loan car that they have provided.Service: Painting
Our car had been damaged in a small accident, not our fault. Staff at Gino's were very helpful, friendly and professional. The process was well communicated and seamless and the car was ready before planned. All in all a great experience and the car looks as good as new! Thank you to all staff!
When I got my car back from Gino's from body repair, panel beating services I could not believe how, immaculate and new it looked inside and out. Honestly, it was like driving a new car, the outside was gleaming and the detailing was superb. The administration staff I spoke to were fab, always on the ball, sent me updates regularly, gauging the progress of my repairs. Staff were obliging, highly professional and reassuring with any queries I had. Highly recommended by RAC and me.Service: Auto body & trim repair
Very poor service , vehicle had to be painted again, and took another month. Went 4 time to pick vehicle up and it still wasn’t completed to a satisfactory condition, on final completion I went to pick vehicle up and someone had opened there door on my door and dented the door. Gino’s try to give me the car back with the dent in the door. Far from a quality service and experience. Very frustrating??
Fixed my car after extensive damage, great communication with how everything was going and set the right expectations, plus follow up care was above and beyond. Was really well looked after!
As far as I'm concerned this is by far the best panel & paint place to take your car. The service from all couldn't have been better. The ladies at reception were more than helpful & very friendly.
We were delighted with every aspect of the repair of our car at Gino's. The car fared better than the kangaroo, but needed treatment! All staff were professional yet friendly and the repairs were carried out to a very high standard. Yes, we definitely recommend this company!
For the 2 repair jobs 1 small, 1 very large they have been pristine on completion. Very happy with the result and engagement from the staff.

Gino's did a great job fixing up my beloved car after it was sideswiped by someone not paying attention. The repair work was excellent and you cannot tell the front passenger side was ever damaged. They are a recommended repairer with RAC and also myself now. Turnaround time was provided early on and turned out to be very accurate. All in all a great experience had considering the circumstances I guess, lol. Would definitely recommend!Services: Painting
