I think the service has gotten better since it turned to Ramsay Pharmacy. The pharmacist  is very knowledgeable, empathetic  and helpful.

Very very poor service. Went in to get something from them. Was the only one at the counter 5 people all up behind the counter and not one of them helped me. Another chemist lady walked in with a lady and all of them went to help her. Not one wanted to help not even the people behind the back counter. Very last time for me to use them.

Was treated like a drug addict in front of customers today because I needed my script 2 days early. Thanks so much, maybe train your younger staff to be more discreet in front of customers.  Update: Derek rang me today and was very lovely to deal with. He is going to give his team a bit of a talk on being discreet. Thanks so much Derek.

Great friendly helpful staff

Paid double the price for oral antibiotics for my child. $9.95 at Chemist Warehouse $19.95 at Malouf. Only that the 1st chemist couldn't fill 2 scripts that I ended up there. Should have driven over southside. That's outrageous
