I just can't help but enjoy the ease with a pleasant encounter with the great staff - Click & Collect - winning.  Security Staff great too.

They really need to have more staff. Waiting around for 40 min to pick up scripts and long queues at checkout! Cheap prices, if your time is also cheap!

Perfume and fragrance is definitely a great deal here,prices are generally lower than major departments stores. The Medicine and stuff are very good and up to date. Items are located and distributed nicely for the customer to be able to find them easily. Sometimes you are unable to find them but the staffs are happy to assist you

Horrific.  Waited 10 minutes to even ask for Phenergan.  Twenty minutes later I'm still waiting to get the labelled product.  Never getting any kind of prescription or controlled product from here again.

Picking up scrips is so, so slow. The slowest chemist ever. I went next door for and got a haircut came back and they hadn’t even started on it. 45 mins. Usually North Side Chemist warehouse I wait 5 mins and get it. This is not the first time it has been so slow here. I don’t understand why they are so slow. People who arrived after me got their scripts before me.
