The pharmacist was very careless and extremely rude. She showed no respect and provided very poor customer service. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. Very disappointed with the way I was spoken to today at Chemist Warehouse North Rockhampton. The staff member spoke loudly, interrupted me before I could explain myself, and made the situation feel embarrassing in front of other customers. A misunderstanding could have been handled politely and respectfully instead of making a customer feel uncomfortable and judged. I have been shopping here for last 4 years and after today’s experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this store again.

Just waited an hour and a half for a script.  It had been done in 20minutes but was put on the shelf. No one called my name. I  then realised people were getting there scripts before me. I asked at the counter and it was under everyone else's scripts.  I asked the staff why my name wasn't called out and all I got was them shrugging their shoulders.

Incompetent, two hours to try to figure out what they did wrong with my prescription and they still couldn't get it sorted. Now I can't get a new script for medication I need until they sort out the problem. Won't be going back to them ever again.

Abit disappointed that the Chemist warehouses in the biggest City in Central Queensland shut at 7pm so they leave zero time for anyone with a job to get medical prescriptions after work or anything from the pharmacy for that matter I honestly would like to know why they shut at a different time to every other chemist warehouse in Queensland.. I seen atleast 10 people trying to rush in there last minute as was I after finishing a huge week at work we get left with 1 hour to make it to the chemist to get stuff bit sad that you can’t pay staff to stay for one extra hour, don’t appreciate getting brushed off by staff while I’m trying to purchase an Expensive Perfume either when it would have taken all of 2 mins to retrieve the stock for me from the back area Ive worked in retail, making a $100 before doors close instead of standing around is just logic. Very disappointing
