Staff were rude. Pharmacists missed my scripts and after inquiring twice during my 40 minute wait, the manager showed no interest whatsoever. No apology. I am elderly and like many waiting for scripts; some with walking aids. There wasn’t a chair in sight. Go anywhere else but Chemist Warehouse North Rockhampton if you want caring efficient customer service.
Mia was extremely helpful professional and pleasant. All the 5 stars for her wonderful customer service. She not only pointed us in the right direction but took us to the exact location of the products. She also looked up the products and suggested substitutes for the products they didn't have. We were able to cross off pretty much everything on the shopping list.
Be Careful when shopping here as the shelf price ticket of the item does not always match what you are charged at the till. Always check what you have been charged as it has happened to me on more than one occasion. Take a receipt and check!
Discount Chemist, Disount Service, Discount Medication....OMG went into the Chemist to put a script in 1 hr later still not filled. Approached staff member she said 5 mins. Another customer standing beside us said that's what they told me 20 mins ago. Anyway, yep, 15 mins later got script. But they couldn't supply all the medications and said to come back Saturday. Um well we live out if town so that's another trip to town. Anyway I contacted the Manager and made a complaint. She said she's only been in the position for a couple of weeks. I told her the staff should tell the customers there is a waiting timenMaybe also employ more staff. She said she'd definitely look into it. One lady left her script there and came back to collect at 1pm, she was still there at 1:45pm. Not good enough. Will never step foot in the shop again. I hope all the other people complained too as there were a lot of unhappy customers. Only gave them a star because the parking is OK. Pick up you act Discount Warehouse. Disgusting Customer service.
