I bought a mattress from this business approximately 14 years ago. This mattress has only just needed replacing now. I priced mattresses at several stores before going to making mattresses, and I was pleasantly impressed with the price and quality of the mattresses at this business. To top it off, they still had my name on file and were able to tell me how much I had paid previously and what was the similar mattress now compared to the one I had bought. Due to the service and prices and known quality of these mattresses, I was quite happy to purchase my second one through them. I could not believe how happy I was to purchase this mattress and feel it was the right thing to do. I highly recommend this business as there is no pressure to buy more then we planned, but all ranges were on offer for our perusal.
Knowledgeable staff. Great mattresses. Got our Bellissimo refurbished under the free comfort promise 5yrs and it's like new. Just purchased a perfect guest bedroom mattress too. It'll last just as long as it's double-sided as well. Being able to flip the mattress makes them last so much longer.
No-nonsense, helpful and friendly service. Good quality mattresses. We bought our own mattress from Making Mattresses 2 years ago, and came back today for one for the spare bedroom. Would recommend.
Absolute dream to buy with. Deanna was so helpful and friendly, helped walk me through all my options and really knew her stuff! Would definitely recommend, far superior to any other store I went into.

Needed to modify the camper mattress. Thought of Making Mattresses and visited. The guy had definite attitude to the point of being unfriendly. The lady was down to earth, charming and very very helpful. Interestingly neither gave out a name where as I introduced myself and they again added my name to a formal quote.
Friendly customer service and very knowledgeable information provided , so we are much looking forward to our new mattress after finding the perfect comfort whilst in store .
I had a great experience at the Nundah showroom of Makin Matresses; the salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
