Both good and bad experiences here so it was hard to rate. Overall I gave a 2/5 because of the inconvenience and time lost. The good... Beautiful tiles and a decent range. One of only a handful of tile stores that had anything terracotta look which is what I had been searching for. Good customer service at sales point. I visited in the early afternoon and was happy with the information, price and service given. We returned that afternoon to purchase the tiles and knew we would arrive right on close time due to the distance we travelled. The sales person was kind enough to wait for us and complete the sale. Many wouldn't. Prompt service when being refunded and a genuine apology which was appreciated. The not so good... Being offered different tiles when it turned out the one we chose wasn't in stock. One more expensive. Another completely the wrong colour grey. We understood they were trying to help but it felt irritating to be offerred something completely different. Multiple trips to Osborne Park. Driving back with kids in tow to be refunded was a bit painful. The bad... Hubby phoned to confirm pick up and only then was contacted to be told there was no stock of the tile. Luckily he phoned before driving to the warehouse. I had a tile on hold elsewhere which I cancelled once the purchase was made. We were lucky the tile was still available but it was just luck more than anything. That it has been two working days now and the payment has still not been refunded. Granted it is probably a bank issue but I'm just hoping it doesn't mean another trip to try again. So overall... Yes a poor review. But this store is still worth visiting to make up your own mind. If you are looking for current trend stock there is so much to choose from and decent prices. I would steer clear of older lines though.
Worst customer service ever. First time we were in there the guy was on his phone for 20 minutes while we waited. The second time my wife was in there today the guy was so rude and when my wife asked if there was a discount on the old stock at the back he threw his keys and spoke very rudely.
Actually they were terrible went there and they were closed at 430pm on a Wed afternoon and the trading hour sign stated open until 5 pm. Next time I won't bother wasting my time going there my business is going elsewhere also visited there a few weeks ago the sales assistant appeared very uninterested
Amazing service! Especially from Toana, she was extremely helpful, honest and professional. I would highly recommend!
Good on price, good on customer service. Manager Adrian is very helpfull and staff at the pick up warehouse are very friendly.
After going to 5 tile shops in the past couple of day and have the most rudest of sales people Adrian was so helpful and friendly we found out tiles thanks Adrian .
Good price store.
