Story

European Ceramics showroom is a great starting point for those of us who need surface solutions for our homes, inside and out.

The sleek and stylish store stands testament to the fact that simplicity and sophistication often go hand in hand.

A combination of glass, stone, stainless steel and terrazzo features throughout, showing off each product to perfection, as does the abundance of natural light that enters the streamlined space. We are overwhelmed with the final result of our new showroom where the market response has been positive.

It was our intent to create a sophisticated showroom to showcase products to suit every market segment in a natural and friendly environment.

Walked in and was totally ignored. Had two women staff members walk past me and not even look at me...yes, they were serving other people, but acknowledgement goes a long way. Took business else where and turned out to be a great thing. Went to the Craft Decor round the corner. The lady who served us was so lovely and we ended up with an amazing deal on tiles that we LOVE way more than the plain ones from the other place.
Pretentious older woman consultant is to be avoided, not trustworthy either. She wanted to charge me for a single sample tile, but settled on "loaning" me the tile instead. Made me promise to return it and leave my details. When I requested her details in return, she asked if I was going to report her, then started to write her name but decided instead to give me someone else's business card the name on the card read differently to what she started writing. Very un-professional. Update - claim from European Ceramics that it's company policy is a load of BS, or at least not followed by other consultants. During multiple visits to this store I have witnessed other customers being given sample tiles, and I was given one only the week before without any mention of a charge. Let's not forget the deceitfulness of this sales consultant. Will be interesting if I can find out her true name when I return the "loaned" sample tile.

Claudia dealt with us in the start and then Jason stepped in, they pretty much had all the info which we needed and helped in discussing the delivery options too. It's a huge place and now they have a casa nostra cafe in there as well which is setup up in a way that you can also order those items.
I found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful and my bathroom floor looks wonderful.
Excellent service from very knowledgeable staff. Lots of tiles on display with mood boards setup to assist with your design concept. Prices are up there but very good quality

Our builder gave us the choice of three places to pick tiles. It appears we saved the best till last!! The range was great and the staff were amazing!! Gave us a place to "play" with our options and offered great advice when we wanted it and left us to play some more. We are super happy with our selections and Jason was amazing! Sorry to the other ladies that offered advice and who's names we didn't catch you were awesome too!
Drove quite a distance to this place on a weekend, having previously been here and found tiles that would match our existing and were told 'plenty in stock' and told they could be cut to our requirement. Arrived just a after 1pm to be told that there was nothing that would match the original tiles we brought in and that the original 'plenty of stock' tile that was still literrally up on display was not available as no stock was on order, and by the way these can't be cut to your requirement. OK, so the other tile also on display? No sorry come back Monday as we can't tell you how much stock we have as the warehouse is closed even though our Website states we are open until 4pm. Wow, I am really impressed with your level of service, glad I haven't been here before to find what I want and ask the right questions cause it's a bit of a drive.
Would NOT recommend, poor quality. A friend who built with a high end WA builder recommended European Ceramics. I purchased tiles 3 weeks ahead of laying. When returning on the day of laying to get some extra boxes I took a tile with me, requesting advice on how to clean it, it was clear there was a problem with the marks on the tiles I had purchased. There was no interlay between each tile and, they were covered in slurry and the underneath pattern of the tile above was visible on some sections of the tiles. It was obvious with the time and effort taken by a staff member to clean 1 tile that the tiles should not have been sold. A compensatory 25% refund was offered and a staff member attended my premises to clean to all tiles. I assisted him as the tiler was waiting for tiles but it took 3 to 4 hours with some tiles required cleaning 5 times and some marks are still visible in certain lights now that tiles have dried. I believe the remaining tiles in the batch have now been removed from sale. I would like to know why I was not contacted and advised there was a problem with the tiles and given the option to select a different tile. As the tiles have been removed from sale I believe I was sold a substandard product and should be compensated accordingly. When contacting European Ceramics I was told, European Ceramic are happy with their cleaning of the tiles.....but they have removed remaining tiles in the batch being available for sale!!!. Photos of tiles provided to management so they could see extent of issue.
