I was very disappointed with the quality of work today. I have used Star Car Wash many times with multiple vehicles over the last couple of years. It was busy today and we had to wait for more than 2 hours but it looks like the team rushed the job. I paid $150 for a full clean inside and out and feel like my 9 and 6 year old could have done similar job. There were areas that did not get cleaned, the final finish on car looked like the chamois was dirty, the vinyl protectant was not applied very well and spots on interior that were not cleaned. Simply not good enough for $150 car wash. We had two young kids that wanted to go home so I did not have the time to go back and take this up with the operator. I won't be going back again.Services:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

I've not had issues previously but since my recent visit I will not be using them again.. Wagon Firstly I asked for an interior clean and got quoted $80 as I had dog hair in the boot.. since it was so high I went for the outside aswell for a total of $110 altogether ...  After 3 hours I went and collected it... While driving the sun hit the windows and I was then able to see that the cloths used were dirty.. every window had smears.. When I was able to stop again I found that: - every window smeared. - dirty water marks on exterior. - boot windows not touched on the inside. - rear bumper not cleaned properly. - roof racks closest to sides of the car not cleanedI'd understand the hard to reach sections but these sections were easy to reach  I called them and informed them I'd need it re done as it was not adequate.. I live 45mimutes away and wouldn't be back that way until the following Wednesday.. I was told it HAD to be brought back the next day and if I didn't then they would give me $20 off the next time... like I would come back?!  I ended up giving in and taking it back the next day.. the guy was nice enough but this meant i had to take my 1 year old out do all this driving and wasting time at the shops when i didnt need anything... Took my Nissan Dualis there today for a wash and interior clean. Because of some dog hair this dude said $150!! I have never paid more than $90 before and that's too much! CHEEKY RIPOFF...he was also rude when I questioned him. Needless to say I left. And I notice any reply  to a bad review is the same "sorry....we have reported it to the SITE MANAGER" And the majority of the "good " reviews are obviously fake ones done by friends and relatives.

I paid $80 dollars and I just sent the car for washing because I had a road trip and was full of bugs in the front, and guess what? They didn’t remove it all, the front was still dirty, when questioned they said the bugs sometimes don’t come out, interior was also very poor. Don’t recommend at all

Very disapointing was told it was goin to take 1.5 hours just to clean inside of my car even thou it was morrning and they had only few cars but i agreed to wait. They charged me $70 and didnt even clean the car properly barely wipped the dust, didnt vacum the carpets, leather seats still had marks on them defently wont be going there again

I had a very bad experience today. I paid $80 to have my car cleaned, unfortunately it was left with patches of dirt. It looked like it had been given just a wipe. When I asked, the staff was very rude saying I can take it to my other place i usually have it done. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Had a voucher that had expired but they still honoured it. Great job finished in the time frame quoted. Fantastic service. Always look busy and no wonder with the professional job they do. Will go again

Had the $99 interior/exterior on my suv today. Great work, very impressed! Everything so shiny and new again.

I actually had  a few issues after several washes with star but I let the team know and they invited me back and solved the problem, the even did the outside again as a courtesy for my time to come back. A great result in the end my car look a million dollars!! Thank you to all. Layla

Friendly and welcoming staff. They did an amazing job with our car which badly needed vacuuming and cleaning. Would 100% recommend to anyone and we ourselves always go to them for cleaning. :Service:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming
