I have used this car wash twice. First time they did an average job for an above average price. It was a busy day so gave them another go a couple of weeks later. The bloke who greeted me did a fantastic job up selling the service from a $99 clean to a $130 clean wax.This was about all that was done well. They even did a poor job of stealing change out of the car being greedy enough to take all the gold coins giving themselves away.. In conclusion, they did the work they advertised just not well. I reported the theft to the owner who never replied or contacted me. (I told him I didn’t want the money back but it would have been good practice to at least reply to my email) You could probably get a better job done elsewhere for the same money. If your happy to settle for an average job, remove everything from your car and go here.

Looked all over Adelaide for a package that did everything I wanted. Got the Quick Detail in the end as my cars big clean for the year (It was pretty grubby) and it looks amazing! Perfect job inside and out! Shampoo’d and cleaned all the seats and floors which now look brilliant. Awesome customer service too. Thank you

Friendly service. Patient and not pushy at all. Great end product. Wash I chose included a coffee but Vinod kindly made an extra one for both of us at no charge. Have visited a more famous and swanky competitor multiple times in the past, this place is better value hands down. When the job was done there was time taken to make sure that it met expectations. Other customers there also seemed very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic, friendly business... Vino (the owner) takes the time to talk to all his customers and gives everyone VIP service. Their attention to detail is second to none! ...and the coffee is great too!

Ultimate Wash & Cafe are friendly and do an amazing job. As a repeat customer, they are flexible with my drop off and pick off and do a great job - especially as I have pets in my car. They go above each time.
