This car wash manager/owner has terrible customer service skills and was very rude. Sprayed my bbq with their degreaser, was using my own scourer from home to remove the grease as it hadn't been done for years and was told that I had to hose it off and get out because I was holding up other customers yet there was only 1 other car. Once I packed it up to go somewhere else there was no one waiting for the hand car wash as everyone was lining up for the auto wash. Even though I was a regular at this car wash to wash my cars I will not be going back again. Big bucket use much better products anyway and will now be a regular there instead. Also I was at big bucket and was speaking with another customer there telling them about my recent experience at the Hollywood car wash and they said to me that they would never go back there after washing his show car there and ended up damaging his paint! When I got told this I remember noticing water marks and soap/chemical marks all the time when leaving there and this is what would damage the paint overtime. I wouldn't waste another dime at this car wash after my experience. Don't think because it's a car wash its not designed to clean anything else as it's the only place you can get a high pressure wash and you pay money to use this equipment that you don't get at home.

What a waist of time, half way through the auto wash something come from God knows where and it my car. Also the car looks like you just sprayed it with a hose, looks like dirty murray water ringing out of the chamois.
