Was left with white dripping marks and white patchy marks all over my interior ! I had a $69 voucher for a superior clean which includes vacuuming and they charged me an extra $30 for the vacuum and then told me it still wouldn’t be perfect !? They also didn’t even vacuum under my divider in the boot of the car ! Why did I get charged extra then !? Not satisfied and never coming back, sad excuse for a professional car wash. After seeing this review they reached out saying they would be in contact… that was about a month ago….

I had both of my car done with the ceramics coating and you can tell right away the difference with and without. If you love ur car do a coating and I can tell you it worth it and the services are the best! Thanks guys! Best car wash ever!Services:&nbsp;Car waxing

I had an outstanding experience at Magic Hands car wash in Ferntree Gully. Very friendly service resulting in what is probably the cleanest my car has ever been, inside and out, outside of the showroom. The team also obviously took great pride in their work and couldn’t have been more helpful. I was incredibly nervous trusting someone else with washing my car. The cafe and waiting area was pleasant, but I think I just creepily watched them with my car the whole time. I can honestly say that they really took good care of my car, and respected my wishes to be careful with the wipers, etc. They even took care with the door sills, and under the floor mats; things that I often even forget myself. When I left, my car was the cleanest it had been since I purchased it. It felt amazing. I will definitely return to Magic Hand for my next thorough car wash. Thanks!

Over all was very happy with the clean done.  I only got the inside done & they did a great job. I didn't appreciate being told they were "doing me a favour" by the price they were giving me & that it might not be done perfectly & also being made to feel bad about the state of the inside of my car. That's what I'm paying you to do, clean my car. Overall really happy with the job that was done & the staff were super friendly apart from the one who was happy to take my money but not happy once he saw my car.Services:&nbsp;Vacuuming

The staff at Ferntree Gully did a fantastic job cleaning my car. Inside and out was brilliant. The staff are great to deal with, they are polite and very helpful . The team were friendly and professional and the process was so easy!  Drop the car in, pay and then either sit in their comfortable lounge or head across to the shops until they text you that they are finished and you get a shiny, lovely looking car to drive away in. Amazed by their work! Within, just 2 hours the guys did an awesome job on my car with extreme detailing, paint restoration, headlight restoration, everything which makes you feel it is a brand new car again. Would always recommend everyone who is selling or want to maintain the car as brand new, Magic Hand Carwash does the job perfect and they know how to impress the customer.
