I went for a full detail and I was charged 250$. It was not fully cleaned inside and outside. They told me it will be steam cleaned. But when I took the vehicle seats and carpets were full dried. I told them it was not steam cleaned. They asked me to come again. Then they just washed inside with soap and vacuumed. That's their steam clean. They don't have a steam clean machine. I had to go home with still lot of soap on my seats. Very disappointed with the service.I would not recommend here for detailing.

Terrible job. Not vacuumed properly and cost has gone up from $50 to $75. What a rip off.

What a joke, are u guys for real?? Threatening and intimidating my wife?! You guys did a pathetic job, your management is pathetic, you didn't offer a refund, instead THREE of you surrounded my wife after her car was left THILTHY, as if she was in the wrong!! No apologies, no full refund?! Your management is a joke, your franchise is a joke and we will be putting a formal complain into magic and centre management @ Knox city. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Signage stated 50 for what I wanted but was told it will be 100. Just settled for outside only and it was poor quality. Regret doing it. Waste of money.
