DO NOT get your car detailed here. We paid 300 dollars for a terrible detailing job. He cleaned my carpets but left everything else. Did not clean the windows or the dog slobber off the doors in the back. The car almost looks worse than when we dropped it off.
The front desk is friendly and the mechanics are very knowledgeable! Plus, you can do work yourself for a small fee per hour if a stall is free. Very nice to come here :Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The self help is amazing, but the other half where they do it for you is terrible. I have been charged for numerous troubleshooting sessions despite telling them to simply focus on a key part and let me know if it is working. I have been told I need to buy parts and have them installed to fix the problem, but it did nothing and them was told that the person behind the counterthat told me to get the part wasn't even a mechanic and it's not their fault. Several hundred wasted and my car is still not working.
Great auto hobby. $5/hr for use of a large selection of tools, lifts, disposal. Everyone who works there is hugely helpful and friendly. I have tools and a garage in my home and I still end up doing most of my projects here.
Went in to drop off car, one employee was extremely rude and seemed bothered by me being there. Rest of the employees seemed polite. Maintenance that was asked for was half completed.
Customer service was great! I showed up early in the morning having battery problems and they found me a new one and installed it right away.
