The owner insisted that I had to have the $90 service to clean all the inside and outside even though I wanted the cheaper one. And I can only pay cash !! On return to get my car it seemed a good job from a distance but when I looked closer they couldn’t even clean the tyre rims properly as some were still dirty. The inside looked average but I would have thought they’d do a better job for $90. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone as it’s a waste of money.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THIS BUSINESS. I gave them two of my cars. One being a brand new Prado. They did not vacuum or clean the car properly. The mats were put back in wet. There is dust, dirt and water marks everywhere. For what I paid, their service has left me fuming.
My car is damaged in the inside when I went back to the manager, he laughed at me. He was very rude, and he said that’s not our problem. He broke my car. I suggest use to never be going back there again.
Did a very very poor job on one of their best services. $100 paid for half cleaned car. Never again.

Worst of the worst dont ever use them charged $225 for a detail which I could of done my self for $40 and car was still filthy I had to get them to re do the car in various spots, to make matters worse they lost my key to a lock on the car and refused to take responsibility. Absolute rip off please avoid them and go to the $15 self car wash down the road and save yourself some $$$Services: Auto detailing
Took my car in for the Platinum Wash, the inside looks like it was barely vacuumed, they didn’t do the console at all, still some dirt on the seats and the boot was untouched. Very disappointed.
Very disappointing more focused on getting the car out of the cleaning bay then the quality of the wash. Avoid going there if you want a good job
Got an interior detail for $250 as my car was entirely covered in dog hair and dirt as it hadn't been vacuumed in years. Star Car Wash made it look BRAND NEW as if no one had ever been inside! Made me love my car again. Some areas were left oily from the polish but the attention to detail to clean every inch of my car greatly outweighs that.
Booked using the Star Car Wash online - was easy and quick, only negative about the booking is that you pay online. I feel would be better if paid after the car was cleaned. The guys were professional, considerate we arrived 10mins late and they did a great job in cleaning and polishing the car. For $55 I was very happy with the job. We normally go to the Highpoint one but they aren't as nice as the guys at Airport West 2. I am probably gonna keep coming back here now. Thank you very much, Star Car Wash Airport West 2!
