I just got my Great Wall back from madills holden in gympie as it went down for a warranty job. To be informed that they weren't going to do it as they said there is sand in the gearbox. As far as I was concerned gearboxes are a sealed unit. So I had to ring fair trading and get it dealt with that way. I asked for the terms and conditions of the warranty to be rung 9 minutes later to be told that they are going to do it out of good of will 😂😂😂. When I went down and picked it up they also told me that they weren't going to provide any warranty on my car anymore. What disgusting customer service. I would never recommend madills to anyone. Never recommended any madills. Considering I payed cash for my car. No customer service. They all wonder why people go to Brisbane to buy their cars. Because at least you get customer service and support. Very pissed HOLDEN in one of your dealerships 😡😡. Also took them 5 weeks to get 2 synchros replaced earlier this year. No loan car not help. Very unprofessional
