I found Phoenix to be an excellent salesperson. His knowledge and attitude made me feel confident when purchased a new vehicle. Con the dealer principal was very approachable. I would recommend visiting this busibess if you are looking for new wheels.nnexcellent
I had the misfortune of dealing with a salesperson by the name of Jett. Nice enough until he got the sale then didn't want to know you. Couldn't manage to get me an electronic copy of my sales contract, I had to chase him up to advise me how to pay for the car, did not answer phone or respond to texts, and has a real chip on his shoulder. Should not be dealing with the public, very rude and abrupt. Car didn't have a full tank of petrol and he didn't pass on our paperwork for the purchase. Must be related to management as I fail to see why else they would employ such a person in a customer service capacity. Mcdonalds staff treat you better for buying a $10 happy meal than Jett does when you pay $25000 for a car.
We had a fantastic experience with Gympie Motor Group! Trent and Carlee were extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent service throughout the process. They made everything easy and accommodated our requests without hesitation. We’re very happy with our new Wildtrak and truly appreciate their efforts. Highly recommend Gympie Motor Group to anyone looking for great service and expertise!
Don't buy a new car here.nBought a new X Trail and asked for a genuine Nissan towbar to be fitted.nI drove the car home amd noticed that the rear wiper wasn't working. Took the car to my local Nissan dealer who worked out that Gympie had got the wiring for the tow bar all wrong and took 2 days to diagnose and fix it. Had to take the back of the car apart twice and get a specialist in to fix the mess.nHow can they not fit a towbar onto a car correctly??nNew car experience underwhelming as well. If you like a bit of fuss and one of those bows on the bonnet of your car don't go to GMG because that didn't happen for me.
Used car department lacks integrity and communication was poor. Also dealers should be barred from doing their own safety certificates. Vehicle had a crack in windscreen which was pointed out but stilll missed. Leaves one suspicicious that other checks may not have been undertaken. Just found two bolts almost out in the undercarriage which should have been spotted. A sticker on the windscreen indicated that a service had been done but nothing was recorded in the logbook. NOTE: The windscreen was replaced later.
