We do all insurance and general Caravan & RV repairs. We also sell vehicles on consignment and charge a rate of 10% interest.

Reviews

Have just picked up our caravan after putting it in for repair for primarily a leaking roof. While we did inform the staff that we weren’t in a hurry, it would seem reasonable to at least cover the caravan while it was there given it took nearly a month and the roof supposedly was fixed yesterday. Needless to say the interior is not in great shape. We have on 3 different occasions been promised a call back, none of them eventuated. Once we were told the van was ready, but repairs hadn’t even started. When they couldn’t find the sticker on the oven, they said they would pull it out and let us know if the sticker wasn’t on the back - as we have another oven sitting at home we could have used. Again they promised to call - didn’t hear from them so assumed it was ok, but alas have picked up the van with no gas oven. Am still waiting to see if the leak was fixed, as they informed us they haven’t seen water running through for 2 whole hours !! Seriously take your van elsewhere -

We called into Gympie Cararan & RV yesterday with a problem with our mains pressure on our Motorhome they fixed that &Also found  that the rear inner mudguards were rubbing against the tyres they fixed that also, we found all the staff very courteous & helpful & very highly recommend them . Ron & Beryl

While driving from Brisbane to Bundy today we had a mishap with the camper trailer (loose wheel that nearly chewed its way through the hub). Luckily we were in limping distance of Gympie Caravan & RV. The ladies and lads were amazing. They were happy to help and got straight to work while we ate lunch with the kids in a park across the road. We were back on the road in around an hour and even had some faulty wiring replaced. They were a happy bunch and the service was second to none. Highly recommended. Thanks again guys! Holiday saved!
