I feel like giving half a star for service and food. I am regular patron at Mad Mex and well aware about the food. Very poor customer service. Attending girl did not even looked at me and she kept on adding stuff to my burrito. A mono-tone voice. No thank you after payment. I paid full price for a burrito and all i got were peanut sized fillings in burrito. I am not coming back again to this place.

Tasty food but the service was robotic, and the dining area looked like a bomb had gone off there - it hadn't been tidied up in a loooong time.

It used to be a good place. Sadly they have put bunch of rude guys to serve food these days.

I asked for mild and the girl gave me hot. The worker next to her even told her after she did it that it was wrong. She just ignored his comment and kept on going. I had to interrupt and tell her to make me a new one. Instead of sorry about that no problem. She just me a greasy look and took her time to make me a new one.

I have tried food here couple of times and have been disappointed both the times. Today I ordered the Grande Melt, the wrap was covered in foil and left on a sandwich press for a while. In the end when I tried eating it, the foil wont come off from the wrap. Very disappointing. $12.50 for a Grande Melt and that has a small scoop of chicken. Very Stingy with meat on portion size.
