I went to Macpac Petone to get good quality boots. I asked for someone who knew about them. I was sold an inferior brand when I came to return them they refused as I had worn them once around the outside of my house. I expected them to willingly exchange them but they refused saying they were not resale-able. I felt ripped off and like they didn’t care. I have been a club member for over ten years. I hoped for better service. Buyer beware - get someone who knows about their boots. Very disappointed and surprised by the fast-sell approach and lack of follow through.
On the 2 times I phoned I received great service from both Chis & Jedd despite my many numerous questions. they were patient with me I am 100% impressed for sure . My son said the staff were polite when he went to collect my purchases ,thank you , much much better than the service I have recieved from Kathmandu. . Peggy Wood
