Very attentive & diligent staff who attended to my wife who was admitted for a severe allergic reaction. Very caring & concerned nursing staff in Emergency. Very surprised as it's our first experience after recently moving to the area.

My partner was having chest pain and was still left unseen for 4.5 hours. They should be shut down for gross incompetence.

Worst hospital ever and I have seen some bad ones. I waited with my son for 6 hours and was still not seen by a doctor. In triage his ankle was only looked at and not felt, he should have been sent for x-rays. When I questioned thus at the reception I was told a nurse would be with me soon....the nurse never arrived. I am now sitting with a boy with a fractured ankle and an ankle with god knows what, the poor boy can hardly walk.

Had day surgery here and I must say from the doctors to the nurses, all the staff were absolutely brilliant! Informative, comforting and great positive, happy attitudes that made my visit there a very pleasant experience. Thanks once again to all at Macksville Hospital.
