while the service on the day was great 5 weeks later I still have no report. I have been given the same answer today as I got last Monday when I chased it up "I will get it out and put it at the head of the queue". I was, also told today 24th November they were still working on September reports!!!
Very professional and a lovely team of friendly people. Explained the procedure really well and spoke afterwards on how everything went. They took great care of me.
Great service and very proffesional people.
