There doctors aren’t punctual as a new client made me wait twice over 30 minutes each no apologies. Had to rebook but was canceled by there receptionist. They force you to be on time but can’t acknowledge there own lack of punctuality and hypocrisy!!
Not many people can say they enjoy the dentist. But I can say I've enjoyed every visit here so far! The receptionists are lovely and remembered me after only 1 visit. Every single staff member here was so kind, and Murray the dentist I dealt with was fantastic! I logged into google specifically to make this 5 star review :
They have excellent customer service, and have friendly, inviting staff. They always provide detailed accurate information. Staff take the time to try and meet your needs for your circumstances. The overall experience made me feel at ease going here. ;- ---- -:
