M & M's Rug Shop

Recently purchased a large rug from M&M and am delighted with the outcome. Could not be more happy with the excellent service I received from Melissa and her colleagues Mark and Phil. The owner David agreed to a very fair price, so five stars all round. My purchase required me making several visits to the store and each time found the staff welcoming , knowledgeable and most helpful. Melissa was even able to source a couple of smaller rugs I required, so many thanks again. Very highly recommended.

I can't believe this store received 1 star. Every single staff member was amazing and friendly-they couldn't be more helpful or accommodating and they worked as a well oiled team. Happy and helpful. Not pushy and couldn't do enough to help. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They had the biggest rug collection I've ever seen, of all styles. We were even able to take rugs home and see if they worked in our space. We laughed with them, we talked rugs with them and we couldn't have imagined buying a rug could have given us such a great pick me up feeling. We feel proud to have purchased our rug from this gem! Our secret place that everyone should know about. A place we were happy to give our money too!

Very happy with my rugs from M & M. Well worth the trip. So many beautiful rugs to chose from and well priced. Trish and David were very helpful. Being able to try before I buy made my decision on style and size very satisfied. Just Love my rugs!!
