I love this gym! Love that it's smaller and more personal. Love the classes Lara runs each week which are a great way to meet new people. Always a clean space and well presented. Love that I can try out new equipment under Lara's guidance. All staff very friendly. You won't be disappointed
I love this gym! Such a friendly atmosphere, members and staff always really supportive. The facilities are awesome as well. Lara has worked so hard to transform the gym and is the best trainer as well!! She really cares about all the members and making it a welcoming place for all. Highly recommend!!
Went to this gym for about 8 months would still be there if I was in Hervey Bay still Amazing set up and even more amazing staff. 10/10 recommend especially for those new to the gym scene who might be feeling abit nervous about starting out
Tried another a gym but was disappointed…whereas at Lifestyle 24 Great atmosphere and members are so friendly plus.easy parking out front, great value for money with membership fee, staff are friendly and helpful, and not overcrowded…would recommend to anyone from beginners to fitness fanatics….

Over all the gyms I’ve visited in the bay Lyfestyle24 is definitely the best. Great atmosphere, friendly members and staff. I would recommended Lyfestyle24 to anyone wanting to start out or looking for a new place to train!
