Fabulous day spa in Gervey Bay. Great location at Stockland  shopping centre. Easy to get everything in one place. Serenity spa staff Member Alice has looked after me from day 1, Great advice, service and follow up the day after incase there were any concerns. Highly recommended. Do need to book well in advance as they are extremely busy.

Had a great experience for my first time of getting a Brazilian wax would highly recommend this salon

It's most of the time lovely! But recently I was told that they would be an extra 10 minutes waiting which was fine cause there always 10 mins but never tell us but they ended up being 45 minutes. Very annoyed ahout that  because me and my friend had minimal time together,and i was going to go somewhere, but we ran out of time.

Very professional, kind and friendly stuff! Was able to be accommodate with a quick booking.  I would high recommend their treatments and services for a good pampering to treat yourself. My legs are smooth as silk   Thanks again Serenity team hope to see you next when I'm back in July for a few more treatments
