Nothing but RESULTS Since joining F45 my strength has gone through the roof. I am stronger, fitter, happier and more motivated than I have ever been. I find the atmosphere and feel of the gym to be warm and welcoming. Great equipment and really good trainers who push you through the workouts. Being only 45 minutes long, it is easy to fit one or two sessions in per day if you have time! It really is a great place to train and push yourself to the next level!!

Functional training at it's best. F45 Hervey Bay provides a supportive atmosphere with constantly changing classes meaning no day is ever the same. I have had great results since changing from a 'regular' gym and have always found the environment fun, positive and friendly. If you are looking to try something different, good for the time conscious, motivating and proven, F45 Hervey Bay is a great place to train.

Outstanding Studio and team at F45 Hervey Bay, been there since day one and love everything about it. Kaz and the team are always smiling and supportive. I've tried a lot of different fitness platforms but this is the complete workout. Im hooked
