I'm just rating the Mighty Movers program, which Mako's offers for kids who are too young to join the gym. My daughter attended Mighty Movers last year. She isn't going to be attending this year anymore because she has just started Year 7 and finishes school later in the day, and so we don't really have enough time to change, snack and get to the 4:30 pm Mighty Movers class in time. Luckily, her school offers high school students the opportunity to use their own gym.  Yesterday, my daughter told me that she went to the school gym for the first time with a few other Year 7 students, and that she was able to teach two boys how to use certain equipment because she was already familiar with it thanks to Brent's training at Mighty Movers. So I highly recommend this program as a way for kids to not fear the gym, but to embrace it.

Makos , great location , was really good  being able enter the Gym at all hours  of a night with the fob  it was very easy to join for  an out of  towner.  Very big Gym lots of equipment Thank you so much.

Personal trainers, or groups, or do it yourself.nPool for water aerobics.nHelpful staff.nTables n chairs for Coffee/tea and biscuits can be purchased on site till noon. .

Always look forward to using the gym when we visit Hervey Bay.nIt's an awesome space with plenty of equipment and room!

The Health Club to be at in Hervey Bay, top staff, great family run business “The Fauchelle’s” and everyone knows the local the fishing legend Lloyd. Certainly worth dropping in for session or even some great fishing stories from Lloyd.
