I attended a hands on cooking class here and it was a very pleasant experience. There were twelve students all told and we worked in pairs with each pair making two dishes over a three hour period. Every thing was provided for the class including aprons, and I recommend that you wear very comfortable and protective shoes, and dress in layers as it can get quite warm in the kitchen area. We made everything from roasted duck breasts in cherry sauce through to duck fat baked potatoes, smoked duck salad, Peking duck, duck ragôut with homemade noodles, and so much more ... basically ten or twelve dishes (and honestly my mouth is watering just at the memories). It was a truly delicious time. After the cooking was completed we plated our dishes and then we all sat down to a fabulous feast at a most beautiful giant round table with the biggest lazy susan I have ever seen. There was more than enough food for us all, so I actually recommend that you take a couple of takeaway containers with you. It was a delicious and educational evening with the added bonus that you could buy luv-a-duck products from the shop at a very good discount. So I also recommend that you being a chiller bag or esky with you and stock up on duck and quail etc for your freezer. A number of different classes are offered so I fully intend doing this again. Highly recommended.

Attended the Asian cookery class and it was a really good evening. Wendy, the teacher, did a great job of helping our group of 8 through the recipes. We cooked the banquet then shared it around the large table along with a few glasses of wine. A good laugh and I learnt a few new dishes. 10% discount on retail products as you left.

Our group attended the cooking demonstration today and all I can say is WOW! Wendy our demonstrator was super! So professional and a lovely lady. I would recommend it to anyone! We'll be going back next year. Thank you also to Adam who was very helpful and nothing was a trouble. Well done!
