Poor customer service, felt invisible and wasn't greeted by anyone. Much prefer shopping at the karrinyup store as their staff members are friendly and welcoming
Lululemon at its best. Awesomely comfortable and great value. While the fabrics are synthetic they are seriously high quality and healthy to wear. Once you try this stuff on, you may never wish to take it off! The staff here are super friendly and helpful too. So your customer experience is a truly enjoyable one. They know just how to help, and importantly when to help too! If you are looking for comfortable activewear, this is the place to come for it!
Staff were super rude when I tried to get an item replaced under the quality guarantee and really condescending when I told them I didn’t use the item for anything that could cause damage! So disappointed, staff are friendlier and more helpful over east
Got 3 great bras and an amazing pair of leggings to add to my collection!! I always love comming here!! The staff are so lovely and they helped me out a lot with choosing what I wanted
This store is my local store and I am quite regular there. I have only experienced superb service from people working in here. A special thank you to Ashlee, who was patient and very professional when assisting me with setting up my yearly discount.
Horrible customer service. Got to the store 2 minutes late and they closed the door on me. They actively looked at me and ignored! Considering I was going to give them a $300 order for a gift card, they won't be getting my business!
This is my favourite Lululemon store! Kayla is the best salesperson and pretty much knew my style with just one look at me. She then made sure to bring me pieces in whichever size I needed until I had a great workout set. I was very impressed by the customer service and I'm looking forward to going back soon for my new winter look
I am very happy with the customer service at this store. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. Very knowledgeable about the products and sizing. Great variety of styles. Overall fantastic store.
Had an very unwelcoming experience while shopping at the Perth city lululemon store tonight. The store was dead and there were 3 staff on the floor. The staff looked like they didn't want to be there. One of them seemed busy putting away garments and was walking in and out of the fitting rooms. The other two male Indian and female half-asian were engrossed in their conversation with each other. There were no customers in the store except for myself and another lady who was making payment at the till. I asked to look for a particular product and was briefly shown where they are found. Apart from that, there was no customer service to assist me in my shopping. Never at one point was I asked if I needed any help or any information given to me about the product. The two other staff an Indian male and a half-asian female were more interested in chatting to each other than providing customer service to me as a customer. In fact, their conversation was so loud I heard every word of it. When I tried asking for help, the female shouted across the store to me instead of walking up to me to speak to me or give me some help. As someone who works in customer service, I am appalled and disappointed with the level of service I was given tonight. The only time the male staff was interested was when I was at the till wanting to pay for my item. It seemed as though they were merely interested in making my money, very very transactional. Even the good bye as I left the store sounded very reluctant. As a regular customer, the lululemon I used to experience had always given gold star customer service and occasionally gone above and beyond. In the last few years, the level of customer service has certainly dropped and this experience is definitely the worst by far. I've always highly recommended lululemon to my friends and even my customers. After this experience, I don't think i will be making that recommendation anymore. In the current climate of covid-19, i would like to think that retail brands and companies would do everything to keep their customers happy and welcomed. This awful experience seemed to be the opposite, very disappointing.
Friendly, engaging and helpful staff. As usual, quality products and my size is always in stock.
