A great looking clothes shop set in Murray Street Mall, I became obsessed with the Architecture of the Building and of course the stunning interior of the shop... Forever New is an extremely classy shop, reasonable prices... Good quality clothes. The staff are very hands on & their customer service is extremely pleasant, considering how busy the shop always is.... They have always been polite to me..!! Great clothes, great surroundings & stunning shop... Definitely visit this one...!!
Being a loyal Forever New girl myself, half my outfits come from them. They have a great selection of clothes. Love the variety to suit every shape and size as their fits and falls are flattering. The 2 stars are on account of the staff. Word to the wise you girls, don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Just because someone doesn’t come into your store in a suit, doesn’t mean that they are less worthy of your time and efforts or that you look down your nose to them.
I want to compliment and thank Danika for the amazing service she provided! She was extremely helpful with helping me choose some outfits, really listening to what I was saying and also checking other stores for some items I was after. She has a positive and incredibly sweet nature and attitude. Will be returning soon again.
Great shop with lots of choices. I think a lot of it is designed for the younger woman but definitely a few options for the more mature person. I bought my wedding dress here. Absolutely loved it.
After years of supporting this brand I was extremely disappointed with the service at the Perth CBD store just then. I’d been queuing for a while as the customer in front of me bought quite a lot of things and only one cashier was opened. Just as the second cashier opened a customer came from the side and blatantly cut the queue and even after I said “Excuse me I was here first”, the staff member allowed her to take my place. Decided not to proceed with purchasing the clothing item I had in hand due to this. Managers please educate your staff on how to handle queue jumpers/manage conflict especially during busy season.
Had a great experience here today, staff were helpful and friendly, gave suggestions and made my shopping experience that much easier !

My Girlfriend was at this store received very poor service, Indian lady not only invaded girlfriends privacy by opening the change room curtin while she was getting changed but didn't even apologise
