My son wanted some boarding shorts from this shop . We entered the shop around 5.20pm at the time it was empty. You would think you would get addressed and greeted specially when there are 2 shop assistants . After some time of looking I told my son go ahead to the fitting room maybe then we would get addressed , no ,ignored! My son needed another size and he went to look for it , again passed in front and nothing they continued ignoring us . I had to tell them we need some costumer service here! The least you can do it’s train your staff to say the very least hello how can I help you?. I’ve been a shop assistant myself and we were trained right every single person gets addressed and you don’t miss a sale. I could easily walked out of the shop without saying anything they would have not cared at all. Why bother, it’s the end of the day,it’s not their shop.

Always high quality product. Slightly more expe inside but made up for in quality and durabiliry
Shopped at Quiksilver Joondalup Saturday 10 June 2023. Good quality and both of the members of staff could not have been more helpful.
