I purchased a bag online and it was in store within a couple of days for pickup. The level of service I received from start to finish was amazing. All staff were extremely helpful and extremely friendly. I will definitely be back soon.

I purchased the bag online and went to pick the bag from Brisbane store.  I met the client adviser Thomas. He was amiable and helpful and showed all the other bags which I wanted to to see.  Thomas provided an enjoyable atmosphere and easy to deal with.  I definitely would go back to the store next time to buy my next item.

As much as cost of your products I wish you could spend money and time to educate customer services and communication skills.

Probably one of the first stores where I have  had a great experience with a salesperson who was easy going and happy to help but not pushy. I was able to order in an item and also wander around the store and check things out with ease. Adam the SA is lovely!

Been to Louis Vuitton a few times now and was served by Tom. Tom has amazing customer service, great product knowledge and is a lovely person. Tom is client focused and met all our needs. Thanks Tom for making our experience so enjoyable and memorable.

I was on holidays in Brisbane and I found that this store’s customer service was excellent. The team members there were polite, friendly, and understanding. I have been to a few others around the country and have found this to be the best to date.

Heaps better than the Pacific Fair store. Broader range of stock and the customer service is fantastic. Shout out to Darryn for making it the most pleasurable experience at LV, ever!

I’ve had several average experiences at this store but recently Darren and Linda have served me at different times and I’ve been very impressed with their attitude and profesionalism.
