Bus service is good. Sometimes gets full. Parking prices are high, bus is free and frequent. Best to book ahead online and enter/exit by credit card. Don't think any part of it is particularly suitable for disabled drivers but buses (if not full) can easily handle a wheelchair and stops have ramps. There are excellent, wide, short term drop-off stops at each bus stop. Easily good enough to unload a chair. Bus stops are A to H, but return bus  confusingly goes to G before the H stop. Bus stops are well positioned and comfortable. Try to avoid having to wheel your case between cars. Spaces are tight. Minor dents and scratches are a risk. Can often be avoided parking at the less popular back rows of C.
